Biju brings to the table a holistic perspective taking into account factors such as sustainability, risk management, and ethical issues, which are core to the company’s values. Biju’s educational background is in Commerce.
With over a decade’s experience in financial advisory and trade finance consulting in Dubai, Suprabha plays a pivotal role in the company for arranging structured trade finance, credit facilities and insurance-backed financing. She is actively involved in facilitating AUM Metals global trade while defining long-term synergies with banks, trade finance funds, large commodity trading houses, lenders, underwriters, export credit agencies and insurance companies. Through her specialist experience, she has been instrumental in introducing alternative finance in the company and has successfully built a new stream of funding.
She is a nominated delegate of the prestigious Global Trade and Industry Conference and is a specialist in conducting businesses with large-scale corporates and banking stalwarts globally. Her prior experience entails establishing the Financial Services division for the Malakut Group in UAE which is an active member of the largest network of credit insurance brokers, ICBA (International Credit Brokers Alliance).
Suprabha holds an MBA in Global Business Operations from SRCC, University of Delhi and an honors degree in Bachelors of Economics from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi.
Prakash is a graduate in Mathematics and also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his eminent and renowned career, he has been honored with several awards, including the Best Performing Employee award at Ajmal Steels and the Best Supplier Award from Ashok Leyland.

Suprabha is actively involved in facilitating AUM’s global trade while defining strong and long-term synergies with banks, trade finance funds, large commodity trading houses, lenders, underwriters, export credit agencies, and insurance companies. She has been instrumental in introducing alternative finance in the company and has successfully built a new stream of funding.
Ms Suprabha Kashyap has been nominated as a delegate of the esteemed Global Trade and Industry Conferences and is an expert in handling business deals with major corporations and banking leaders worldwide. She has successfully managed transactions worth up to USD 150 million annually, with an average ticket size ranging from USD 1 million to USD 50 million. In her previous role, she established the Financial Services division for the Malakut Group in the UAE, which is an active member of the International Credit Brokers Alliance (ICBA), the largest network of credit insurance brokers.
